Charging policy:
At Hutchinson IP, we operate a transparent pricing policy and provide, wherever possible,
our services on a fixed-fee basis. We aim to be competitive, and our pricing policy
reflects our overall service package, which includes factors such as speed of service.
Wherever possible, we will provide a written quote in advance of commencing work.
This quote will specify the tasks that will be undertaken, the time scales involved
and the amount of input required by our customers.
We do not penalise our customers when things take longer than expected, unless our
customers specify variations to their original instructions after work has already
begun. In any event, we will always write to tell you if there is likely to be a
cost overrun and will work with you to ensure that you are kept fully-informed of,
and in agreement with, our proposals.
Fees and payments...
Note: For your security and peace of mind, until reconciled with a corresponding
invoice, purchase order or quote, all payments are kept in a separate "client money"
account.
We accept payments in sterling in cash, by cheque and via online transfer and in
most foreign currencies. We also accept payments via PayPal.
